Enrollment

We believe that the journey to bilingual learning begins with a smooth enrollment experience. Families can explore our school, meet our staff, and submit all required documents with ease. Our team provides personalized guidance to ensure every student finds the right fit for their age, interests, and learning goals.

Admission Office

The Admission Office serves as the central hub for prospective families. From inquiries about curriculum and tuition to scheduling school tours and assessments, our staff offers expert support at every stage. We also provide guidance for families coming from different educational backgrounds, ensuring all students are welcomed into our inclusive and culturally rich environment.

Grade Levels

Our academic model is designed as a full PreK4 – 12 Mandarin immersion journey. We are currently enrolling elementary grades for our founding year, with middle and high school programs planned as part of our growth. If you are interested in grades 6-12, please contact us.

Admissions Process

Step 1:

Inquiry & School Tour

  • Schedule and Complete Student Academic / Developmental Assessment and Family Interview

Step 4:

Admission Decision

  • Receive Admission Decision Via Email (within 3 weeks of assessment)

  • Receive Brightwheel Invitation and Enrollment Packet 

Step 5:

Enroll Via Brightwheel

  • Sign Enrollment Agreement

  • Pay Registration Fee ($150)

  • Sign Tuition Agreement 

  • Submit Emergency Contact and Medical Authorization Forms

  • Sign Parent Handbook Acknowledgement               

Step 6:

Final Steps​

  • Receive Welcome Email 

  • Confirm Class Assignment & Start Date 

  • Provide Copy of Birth Certificate / Passport, Immunization Record, and Previous School Report

  • Have Student Photo Taken
